1. Are your items authentic or reproductions?

All of our lithographs are authentic antique prints from the 19th century, not modern reproductions. We clearly specify the origin and date of each item in the product description. Our stained glass pieces are handmade in our studio following the Tiffany stained glass process which is described in each product description.

3. Do you take custom orders or commissions for stained glass?

Yes! We accept custom stained glass commissions. Please contact us (naturalhistoried@gmail.com) with your ideas or interests—we love collaborating on bespoke pieces.


4. How are your items packaged for shipping?

We pack all orders with great care using eco-friendly, recyclable, and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and sustainably. Fragile items like stained glass and framed lithographs are double-boxed and cushioned appropriately.


5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.


6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.


7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition. Custom or commissioned pieces are typically non-refundable, but we always strive to make things right—please contact us with any concerns.


8. How often do you restock or add new items?

We update our inventory regularly with new finds and creations, so check back often or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new treasures arrive.


9. What makes your stained glass pieces unique?

All stained glass items are designed and crafted by hand in our studio, often inspired by nature and wildlife.


10. Can I request a specific type of specimen or print?

Yes. All our antic lithographs are listed but if you’re looking for a specific species, let us know. We have a growing network of sources and might be able to track down something special for you.


11. Do you have a physical shop or studio?

At the moment, we are online-only, but we occasionally participate in fairs, exhibitions, or pop-up events. Follow us on social media or join our mailing list to find out where we’ll be next.
